Hydraulic hose shop and repair software, built counter-first

A hose counter runs on speed and getting the crimp right. ShopWorx Hydraulics builds the assembly from the STAMPED spec, matches the crimp from your own chart, tags it with a serial you can scan to rebuild, and rings it up at the counter. The repair bench takes cylinders and pumps from teardown to tested.

Sound familiar?

These are the problems this page exists to fix.

  • Crimp specs looked up in a binder, or from memory, with no record of what was used
  • A customer back at the counter with a failed hose and no way to tell what it was
  • Reels and remnants nobody can account for, and cut-to-length that never gets billed
  • Cylinder and pump jobs tracked on a whiteboard with the measurements on a scrap of paper
  • Truck builds in the field written up later, if at all

A day in the shop with ShopWorx

  1. 1

    Build

Enter the STAMPED spec; the assembly builder picks hose, fittings and ferrules, pulls the crimp setting from your chart library and consumes the reel or remnant.

  2. 2

    Crimp and tag

The crimp station shows the die and target OD; a serialized tag goes on the finished hose. Scan it next time to rebuild the same assembly.

  3. 3

    Ring up

The counter POS sells the assembly, parts, labor and core returns together, and takes payment on the spot.

  4. 4

    Repair

Drop-off jobs and cylinder or pump rebuilds move through intake, teardown, bench measurements against spec, quote, approval, testing and pickup, then bill out with a text and a pay link.

What you get

Hose assembly builder

STAMPED spec entry, component selection, crimp auto-match from your chart data, and cut-to-length that draws down the right reel or remnant.

Serialized tags, scan to rebuild

Every assembly gets a tag in the registry. Scan it to rebuild the identical hose, and keep the history of what was on which machine.

Crimp charts and crimp station

Import manufacturer crimp charts from PDF or CSV, keep the original documents in a searchable library, mark proven settings, and run the crimp station screen beside the machine.

Counter POS

Over-the-counter sales of parts, assemblies and labor with core returns, special orders that flow to the receiving board, and payment at the counter.

Reels, remnants and salvage

Receive reels to the cage with footage and rack slot, salvage good lengths from scrapped crimps as remnants the builder uses first, and track rework and scrap.

Repair bench

Cylinder and pump jobs with teardown findings, bench measurements against spec from saved templates, quotes and approvals, and a pipeline from intake to delivered.

Field page and truck stock

Build and tag hoses from the truck, offline if needed, and track the inventory each truck carries with minimum levels.

Equipment hoses

Record which hoses are on which customer machine, so the next failure is a scan and a rebuild rather than a diagnosis.

Standalone or on the full platform

Run ShopWorx Hydraulics on its own, counter-first, or add the hose shop to the full ShopWorx platform alongside work orders, dispatch and fleet.

Questions shops ask us

Can I run the hose shop without the rest of the platform?
Yes. ShopWorx Hydraulics is a standalone product with its own plans and a counter-first layout. If you later want work orders, dispatch or rentals, the full platform includes the hose shop as an add-on.
Where do the crimp specs come from?
From your own charts. Import a manufacturer chart as a PDF or CSV, review the rows, and the assembly builder matches dash, series, fitting and ferrule to the die and target OD. Settings you have verified can be marked proven.
What happens when a customer brings a hose back?
Scan the tag. The assembly comes up with its components and crimp settings, and you rebuild the same hose without re-measuring.
Does the field page work without a connection?
Yes. Builds queue locally with an offline indicator and sync when the truck is back in range.
Does it handle cylinder and pump repair?
Yes. The repair bench tracks each job from intake through teardown, measurements against spec, quote and approval, testing and delivery, and bills it out when done.
How does the free trial work?
Pick a plan, add a card, and use everything for 14 days at no charge. We remind you 7, 3 and 1 days before the trial ends, and you can change plans or cancel from Billing before the first charge.
